Brilliant company, I have used a few times now and will do again. I placed the wrong item in my basket while rushing and they sorted it within 5 on the phone.

As the name suggests, this company certainly provides a first class service. The watches are exactly as expected and arrived promptly in excellent (new) condition. I’m very happy with my purchases and would highly recommended for both quality and price. Communication was top notch too.

Purchased this watch from First Class watches. Was in need of a daily robust watch that was reliable and capable of withstanding the odd knock. Having read various reviews I decided on this gshock. Having ordered the watch I was notified it would be delivered the next day between 3 and 4pm and that's what happened! And it was free! On top of that it was the cheapest I could find online and when I came to the checkout I got a further 10% off making the price around £71. Very happy with my purchase and the service from FCW.

My best online watch buying experience so far, from the price, to the queries before purchase, to delivery and communication, honestly couldn't be happier. I can thoroughly recommend FCW and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Amazing service, ordered before 4pm on Monday & it was delivered before 1pm the following day. Postage was free, the item is beautiful and just what I have been looking for. It was £6 cheaper than the Swarovski website but with the 10% off code it was actually £15 cheaper! So pleased I stumbled across this website and will definitely be ordering with this small business again in the future! Thank you
