Superb customer service, very efficient with rapid next day delivery. The watch was well packaged and is stunning piece of workmanship. I have already had several compliments in the past 24hours.
Will certainly be looking at what's on offer in years download the line when I decide to purchase another watch.

I wanted to buy my father something timeless for his 70th birthday. This stunning Citizen watch in rose gold looked great in the pictures but even more beautiful in reality.
Ordering was straightforward and at a price that other shops couldn't come close to matching. Delivery was next day as promised (to N.Ireland).
I couldn't recommend First Class Watches highly enough. Great service!

The watch arrived very quickly and was well packaged.
The watch looks classy and expensive for a relatively low cost.

Got a great price on Black Friday from First Class Watches- Delivery was very quick without fuss. I've looked at this watch for some time and on receiving was not disappointed. For my small wrist 38mm was fine - with a slim case. The watch is great value. I've had automatic watches before and this compares extremely well. The finish of the watch and strap is high quality and the brown leather strap fits easily and is not too stiff as I'd heard in some reviews. The dial is much nicer than the photos. First Class Watches were a good choice. You get the full 2 year manufacturers guarantee you don't get with buying on Amazon. Stick with a good registered dealer.

A superb clock based upon those used in Swiss SBB railway stations. A real design classic. Good clear 25cm dial protected with mineral glass, in an aluminium machined casing. Near silent operation but close to you can just hear the satisfying 'tick' as the stylish red second hand sweeps the face. Well made, as to be expected from Mondaine, and presented in top quality packaging. Price from FCW was the best on the Net, and the included delivery was less than 24 hours from placing the order.
All in all, a recommended product and a recommended supplier.

Bought for my husband for Christmas as he loves the Armani watches (This will be the 3rd from here in the last year) It's a nice weight, looks so smart, the face isn't too big neither too small & a fab price too! Would definitely recommend :)

I've had a Citizen Eco Drive watch for years and years, keeps time brilliantly and never needs a battery. Decided to buy one for my wife for her birthday. Plenty of choice at First Class watches and the best price I could find.
