Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The draw is organised and administered by First Class Watches, located at 9 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1HD ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
   Open to residents aged 18 years or older.
   UK only promotion. International entries will not be counted as a valid entry, but may still be signed up to the mailing list.
   One entry per person.
   Entrants must provide a valid email address and agree to sign up to our mailing list.
   Employees of First Class Watches, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
   Visit www.firstclasswatches.co.uk/seiko5-pepsi.php.
   Submit your valid email address via the entry form.
   By entering, you consent to be added to our marketing mailing list (you may unsubscribe at any time).
4. Draw Details
   One (1) entrant will be randomly selected and given the exclusive opportunity to purchase one (1) limited edition Seiko x Pepsi watch.
   This is not a free prize draw – the selected entrant will be given the chance to buy, not win, the product.
   If the chosen entrant declines to continue with the purchase, we may select another entrant.
5. Key Dates
   Entries open: 9am Saturday 11th October
   Entries close: 12pm Monday 10th November
   Winner notified: Within 24 hours of draw closing.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
   We will notify the winner by email using the address submitted.
   The selected entrant will have 48 hours to confirm purchase interest. If there is no response, another entrant may be chosen.
7. The Product
   The watch available is a limited edition Seiko x Pepsi SSK047K1 model. Only one unit is available through this draw.
   Full product details and purchase terms (including price) will be shared with the selected entrant privately.

   By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from us.
   You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
   We will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
   No cash alternative or substitutions.
   We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion if necessary.
   Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
